Mary Cuttle and Mark Childs opened the Conference

Over 160 participants from 15 countries has arrived to warm and friendly Glasgow to participate to conference. Opening ceremony wasn't long but everything necessary was said. I will ask from Mary if she can write few wordds to the blog later.

Main start was made in four parallel sessions, which can be found from conference programme. More reports will come from sessions 3 and 7 from the first day and the evening program.

Journey has begun

The journey to Glasgow has started and hopely weather is as good in destination as here in Helsinki. As you can see from weather underground page it should not be typical scottish...

Soon the men from Chydenius Institute will join to me and we can start the next step of journey - from Helsinki to Heathrow. Professor Ismo Hakala and Senior Analyst Pentti Impiö will participate to the same conference and they will give you some reports too during this week.
